We Offer a collection and delivery option for those within Harare and boast a proud turn over time of 2 days for a machine service. Industrial machines are serviced on site.

Washers generally require a service once a year, cleaning their drums, oiling/greasing all moving parts and cleaning out filters/hoses/pumps from debris. In the case of high usage of the washers (larger families with loads in excess of 2 per day) i would recommend a service to be done twice a year as wear and tear on the machines would be much greater. Each property may have a different hardness of water and may cause a large lime scale build up in the machines also encouraging a twice a year service. *NOTE*no spares will be part of the service, however this cost covers the glues and sundries to carry out a service, wear and tear on any machines will be reported and quoted on replacement parts
Dishwashers generally require a service once a year to once every eighteen months at a push. As there are not as many moving parts durability is increased but would still recommend an annual service to keep up hygiene as food often gets trapped in the pipes and pumps of the machines, as part of the service we will replace the rinsing salt and clean out the pumps hoses and filters. *NOTE*no spares will be part of the service, however rinsing salt will be supplied and covers the glues and sundries to carry out a service wear and tear on any machines will be reported and quoted on replacement parts
Tumble Dryers generally require a service once a year, large build up of lint gathers in the internals of the machine hindering durability of moving parts and also a potential fire hazard. service will comprise of removing the lint in the machines and oiling all moving parts and inspection of wear and tear *NOTE*no spares will be part of the service.
